Contoh Hortatory Text: Fruits For Our Healthy

Assalamu'alaikum~ ada lagi nih tugas bahasa Inggris :D waktu itu dikasih tugas sama Ms. Yulan untuk baca (dan hafalin) hortatory text di depan kelas, teks nya boleh bikin sendiri boleh juga nyari di internet. Karena kalo nyari di internet saya pikir bakal banyak yang sama teksnya dengan temen-temen sekelas, akhirnya saya bikin sendiri. Tapi maaf ya ini kalo bahasanya agak acak-acakan, gak pinter bahasa Inggris soalnya :/ Gapapalah ya, ini buat teman-teman yang nyari contoh hortatory text, silakan di baca yang berikut ini.... :)


Fruits For Our Healthy

Most people has habit of eating fruit after eating rice. But, actually fruits is better to eaten before we eat rice than eat fruits after rice. We are advised to eat fruits 20-30 minutes before eating rice. The main reason is because fruits will easily digested when its eaten before rice. Why? Here are some reasons why fruits should be eaten before rice:

First, eating fruits every morning before we have breakfast will help our body to absorb many important nutrition from fruits. An empty stomach is the best time for our gastric to absorb nutrition maximally and efficiently. When our stomach is empty, then we fill it with fruits, our gastric is freely to absorb all nutrition from the fruits. While if we aet the rice with dishes first, our gastric will busy to absorb nutrition from that food. And then, when we eat fruits a few minutes later, our gastric can’t absorb nutrition from the fruits maximally. If we want eat fruits after rice, its sugestion to eat the fruits after 2-3 hours.

Second, some fruits like apples, grapes, watermelon, and plums can improve our blood circulation. Fruits help the blood cells to flow smoothly in the circulation before flow the nutrients from rice and other carbohidrate to our whole body. It’s make the blood circulation work easier, and make our body fresh.

Last, for people who worried about fat or obesity, eating fruits before eating the rice is the simple way of diet. Why? Because fruits is rich in minerals, fiber, vitamins, and doesn’t contain too many calories. And logically, we will feel full after we eat some fruits before eat the main food, so its make us didn’t eat the main food too much.

So, we will get many benefits of eating fruits firstly before eat rice or other main food for our healthy. Actually, there aren’t any disadvantage from eat the fruits after eat our main food, but from eating fruits before rice, we will get nice healthy. So, if we can get some benefits, why we didn’t do that?
